Safari, Firefox, Opera Snow Leopard Problems

I'm having problems using any browser on snow leopard. Whether it's firefox, safari, or opera, each browser freezes randomly, usually when there is javascript or flash content present on a site. I'm not sure what's wrong with my system..any help would be greatly appreciated!

Black Macbook, Mac OS X (10.6)

Have you tried to update Java & Flash?

I read that the Flash installer within SL is an older version and that the best thing to do is to update at Adobe's Flash site.

Also, Java released an update to their software, it may also be worth trying their update service.

After I installed Snow Leopard, everything worked for couple of weeks. That is quite interesting, because it means that something triggered this behavior after a month or so. It is just now, after a month that I have been experiencing browser freezing and beach ball so often. I wonder, what could have triggered the problem ...?

Download latest Flash player; reinstall Flash player, restart your Mac and the issue is solved...

Try downloading and installing this recently released Performance Update 1.0 for Snow Leopard (10.6).

The update is only good for Mac's listed in this About the Performance update.
