Apple Hardware Test 2.0.2 for PowerMac MDD 1.25 Single.

Hello people,

No amount of searching has helped me to locate the individual disc image that shipped with this model of Mac that I want to test.

It's the last 1.25 single processor MDD released in 2003. I'm not sure, but I think the part number is:

OS X 10.2.7, Hardware Test 2.0.2, part#691-4567-A

Is there just one version of AHT 2.0.2 or model specific versions as well?

Cheers, R.

G4 1.42DP MDD, 2GB, 120GB, x800XT, 10.5.8 Server, Mac OS X (10.5.8), 5500 Director (250), 6100 (66), G3 Minitower 233 + Desktop (233), B&W G3 (350). LC, LCII

Yeah, the single page of AHT dowloads didn't have a second page or links to other pages. So I figured it was a non starter question, and as I'm to cheap to give away money I don't have, I'll stick with repete or multiple runs of Applejack for cures on this machine. Maybe someone else may chime in with something. .... but, Thanks for the reply BDaqua, we're watch the system work, ...... wayne146 ......

I am also looking for Apple Hardware Test 2.0.2 for my PowerMac G4 MDD 2003. I previously tracked down the older versions of AHT but they wouldn't boot the system. Apple's support document here: Power Mac G4 (Mirrored Drive Doors 2003) - Technical Specifications indicates that the computer originally shipped with Apple Hardware Test: Power Mac v2.0.2 (separate CD). I got the computer second hand without any disks. Can anyone out there email me the disk image? Greatly appreciated.

Hi BDAqua,

Thanks for the reply. That's funny that you say no one could see my email. I saw that reply to other posts and explicitly changed my setting to "registered users" presuming that whoever replied would have logged in and thus seen my email address. Maybe a situation of the cart before the horse?

In any event, I have now changed the preference to "everyone" in hopes of an expedited response.

Have a great day.

Mark Harrison
