Panasonic NV-GS11

Im having trouble getting this camera to work with final cut pro. its refusing to capture. anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this

Alan,

A little more info would help. What version of Final Cut Pro? How is it refusing to capture? What happens when you open up log & capture?

Try this thread for a possible solution, as well as posting back with _much more_ information on your current setup and _what exactly_ the symptoms are.

Where are you seeing the 2-frame difference? during capture? after capture and viewing on computer? after capture and viewing through external A/V device?

You might want to read page I-220 in the Final Cut 5 manual, depending on when you're seeing this 2-frame difference.

"it says the reel speed is wrong or something."

I've never seen this before. It'd be very helpful if you could post the exact message you're getting.
