Annoying Firewall Allow / Deny Dialog

Hi,

Ever since upgrading to Snow Leopard, I've begun to notice this incredibly annoying dialog boxes popping up with various pieces of software - mainly the Adobe CS4 suite whenever I open up a Save/Save As dialog box.

For a second or so, a message pops up asking if I want to Allow or Deny the current application, then it vanishes with no input from myself.

Is there any way of disabling this dialog box within SL?

Macbook Pro 17", Mac OS X (10.6.1)

Usually, deleting all apps from the firewall list will correct the problem. It will ask again once for
each app when opened the first time, but only once (at least until the next app update).

Firewall (preference) data is kept in:
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.alf.plist
