Error 9808 - Home Sharing

I'm trying to use home sharing on my friends work computer. Every time I put in my username and password, it gives me an error saying home sharing could not be activated because an error occurred and it gives me a 4 digit number (-9808), which I assume thats the error code. Can anyone help me, please?
