Final Cut Express shuts down when I try to log and capture AVCHD files
I used to be able to log and capture video from my Canon HFS10 without any troubles. Over the past several days, though, I've tried everything I can think of and every time I open the log and capture screen with my Canon plugged in, or if I plug in my Canon with the log and capture screen open, Final Cut Express just shuts down completely.
The only likely suspect I can think of is Snow Leopard -- since I never had such problems before upgrading to Snow Leopard. (I didn't immediately make that connection because I didn't do anything with Final Cut Express for a couple of weeks after upgrading.)
