ITunes Radio on iPhone?

Is it possible to access the Radio function on iTunes on the iPhone's iTunes version? One website said that this is the way to get their station on the iPhone but I can't find it anywhere in iTunes on my iPhone or in the iPod function.

MacBook 2.2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X (10.5.2), iPhone 3GS 32G
