z= f(x,y) graph

I don't know whether someone has aleary asked what i'm going to ask, but i wasn't able to find out any answer.
I've got two variable - x and y, and a series of values z = f(x,y). These z-values are arranged in a matrix (a simple table where the first row is filled with x-values and the first column with y-values). I would like to represent this table with a 3d graph, in which every z-value is a bar. Is it possible?
