Toast 10 Converting/Burning

I am taking AVCHD HD footage directly off a camera, and trying to burn a dvd. It is converting 225 HD clips. Will I be able to split this once it's done converting, and put on separate dvd's?

Most of the time Toast only allows me to add 98 clips, even though it's only 2GB on a 4GB disc. Sometimes I can do more than 98. It's doesn't seem to be about space. Just that 98 is the maximum number of clips. I know if will take more because I've done it, but it was on accident somehow.

Anyone know how to get around the 98 clip limit?

If you're wanting to put the pieces together, it can be as simple as Select All (apple A), copy, then place the cursor where you want to add the clip and use the Add command. QTPro is a utility, it does a lot of things, but not in a very polished manner. But it should quickly let you combine a number of video clips.

After combining the clips, you can save as a self-contained movie (so there won't be trouble if you move one of the "reference" clips) or you can export to another video format.
