Bluescreen Problem with 3G / 3GS

Good Morning

My Sister got a iPhone 3G, i helped her installing it on my old Computer, i finished installing iTunes and when i connected there was a BSOD, so i restartet the machine, Systemfiles where missing, anyway i reinstalled the machine and we did it on her Laptop.

But now, i got my own iPhone 3GS, it works just fine on Vista 64bit.
With XP there is the same problem, some tech details

Intel Q6600
Windows XP SP3
4x1 GB DDR2 Ram
Geforce 8800GTX

Logitech G19
Logitech G9
Logitech quickcam fusion

iPhone 3GS 32GB - newest firmware 3.1.2
iTunes 9.1 - 32 bit Edition

Same problem, when i got photos made with the cam, there is a instant crash when connection, without any photos, its no problem

What i have tried:

disconnection all usb devices (expect usb keyboard (LogitechG19)) -did not work
updating Logitech Cam driver (because i read there was problems with that driver, dont know WHY this should be..) -did not work
deinstalling Logitech Quickcam software and driver -did not work
chaning my usb drivers from INTEL to Microsoft standart drivers -did not work
changing my usb drivers to the newest drivers -did not work
using another usb port -did not work
reinstalling itunes -did not work
just deinstalling apple moblie device manager, did work no crash, but i cant sync without that... so -did not work

i am really running out of nervers for this hole story, and those several bluescreens just cant be good for my Computer

since this problem its knonw since 2008, i hope there is a solution, or a fix from apple, this really cant be..

Hoping for a fast solution and greetings,
Ozzi

ozzi789,

If I were in your shoes, I'd uninstall your logitech software. Their software has been known for years to have conflicts with the iphone, causing the same problems you're experiencing. If they don't have updated drivers, this appears to be your only course of action....of course you could always buy a mac 🙂

i think i figured it out, so i got updated chipset drivers, and made a fresh install of all apple software on my pc, made a keyboard update, deinstalled webcam drivers, deleted it under the controlpanel.
Now i get no bluescreens when i connect and can sync my stuff! (even if i got pictures on my iphone)

but why is my iphone stil not showing up under my computers? 😟

im getting my photos of the iphone with DiskAid, it works but its really optimal.
