AppStore taxation

I'm not quite sure if this is the right forum, but...

I discovered that apparently, part of the percentage that Apple takes when an App is sold in the AppStore goes to US taxes. Though if you don't live in the US, you shouldn't pay that tax. For this to work, you have to fill in a W-8BEN form.

Now, reading the FAQ in iTunes connect about payments and taxation, it too does say this. The thing is - I've already set things up in iTunes connect in the Contracts, Tax, & Banking Information part for paid applications, and the contract is already in effect in the region "All (See Contract)". And I didn't fill in any W-8BEN form. I haven't heard of it until I accidentally stumbled upon that stackoverflow question. I just used the interface in iTunes connect to provide the information it asked for (that I don't live in the US, among others).

Should I print one of these forms and send it somewhere?
