Screen brightness, F1 and F2 key not working

Hello, I did a pretty extensive search, tried everything. From deleating the plist file for com.apple.windows... plist file from my preferences to control option p r method. When I reseted my PVRM, it helped reset my brightness from a one bar now all the way to max. Which it shows that it worked, but now, my f1 and f2 bottom still not working. I am now staring at a very bright 17 inch MBP. Please help...
