iTunes with Windows 7

Hi
I just made a mistake of upgrading Vista to Windows 7(64 bit).In addition to other problems, iTunes are not working properly since then. I used option of Repair, reinstalling, however receiving same error mesaages.
1. While installing: " Warning: 1946 Property 'System.App UserModel.ID' for shortcut 'iTunes.ink' could not be set".
2. When I click iTunes shortcut,it takes while and then a messgae pops up as Warning: "The registry settings used by the iTunes drivers for importing & burning CD's & DVDs are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other CD burning software. Please reinstall iTunes" click OK iTunes opens and seems to work fine.

Please help. Thanks for your time.
Regards
