The calibration I described in a previous post :
White point to 6756 Kelvin
x= 0.950 unchanged
Y=1 unchanged
z=1.127 instead of 1.089
was made using Mac OS X Calibration Assistant.
System Preferences > Displays > Color > Calibrate
on the Expert Mode
Doing the whole process will create a NEW profile (a file 'yourname.icc') that you can use instead of the default from Apple.
The result is 'cooler' (less yellow) than the iMac profile.
Just experiment, you can return to the default when you want.
