2 questions: how to rotate movies in iPhoto '09; sort changes in albums

Hi-I have 2 questions about iPhoto '09:
1. I took some movies with my Canon camera and evidently rotated the camera to take the short movies. In iPhoto the movies are sideways-I am not able to use the Rotate button (it's grayed out)-is there anyway to rotate them?
2. In an album I usually move photos around to the way I like. When I go to the top of the sidebar and choose Photos and go to that album, the changes aren't reflected. Is there a way to make what I changed in the Album also change how the Album looks when going through the Photos?
