Printing to Konica Bizhub c550 from Snow Leopard

My business has a Konica c550 for our printer and I have installed SL on my laptop to begin testing compatibility issues. The first and major issue I have found is that printing to our c550 is possible using the generic ps drivers, but that gives no access to any of our printer features. Although Konica has not posted any updates for their printer drivers, I have installed the previous drivers for 10.5 but when I get to the print screen, the program from which I am printing just crashes.

Does anyone know a work around, or has anyone solved this problem all together? I found several topics concerning other Konica printers, but none have solved my problem as of this time.

I really would love to get this issue resolved so I can begin the upgrade to all our machines to SL. Thanks!

Also, please excuse my ignorance, but this is from Konica's website... what does it mean?

The OS 9 PPD does not contain any information about -or direct the printing system to use- the problematic PDEs (Printer Description Extensions) or CUPS filters needed to use the PDEs. You may lose some functionality, but the OS 9 PPD should at least contain the basic printer options.
