Do you want the application "cupsd" to accept incoming network connections?

Recently, I've started getting this message every other day or so. I have no idea what it means:

"Do you want the application "cupsd" to accept incoming network connections? Clicking Deny may limit the application's behavior. This setting can be changed in the Firewall pane of Security preferences."

What is cupsd? Do I need it? I've been clicking deny and it hasn't seemed to affect anything. Why would I start getting this message? It seemed to start around the same time I changed my firewall settings to enable 'stealth mode' and specified some applications to allow incoming connections.

Seems like a strange message to be getting. The only other time I've seen it is with my previous MBP (2.4 Santa Rosa) after getting my logic board replaced this message would come up. I ended up re-installing my system and it would go away. Hoping I don't need to do that again.

Can anyone tell me what is going on with this? Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks...
