Magic Mouse poor after sleep

As soon as my machine wakes from sleep to Magic Mouse lags even more than it does normally.

The only way to fix it is to turn the mouse off and on.

Anybody else with the same issue?

Not sure what you mean by lagging, but mine doesn't seem to want to track very well at slower, smaller movements. I have it on the fastest setting & it moves OK when I move it fast, but for more precise slow movements it acts like one of the old mice with a sticky rubber trackball. Remember those?

The reviews I read on this mouse was that it tracked really well, but I'm not finding that the case. I've turned it off, disconnected & reconnected it, rebooted, etc. Same result.

I have the same problems. Not consistently, but often after my MacBook Pro wakes from a sleep, and the more prolonged sleep the more often I have a problem, my Magic Mouse's tracking is very sticky. It works for a bit and then I can't get the mouse to move at all. Or sometimes after waking from sleep, the Magic Mouse clicking is stuck on right clicking so I can't use it as a normal mouse. If I turn off the Magic Mouse, turn it back on and connect it again, then it works fine.

I don't find the behavior consistent. It seems that the longer the sleep the more chances that the Magic Mouse won't work well. Turning it off and on and reconnecting to it solves the problem. Sometimes the problem is that after a sleep, I can't get the Magic Mouse to scroll. Other times no matter where I click it acts like I'm making a right-click.

Other times I find I have to turn it off and back on if I've been using it for a number of hours. It stops working correctly.
