Unable to unarchive ZIP file Error - 1

Every time I try to archive a ZIP file, i get the message "Unable to archive (Error - 1)" How can I fix this?

iMac G5, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Graphics Card ATI Radeon 9600

Ahhhhh, nice one 😉 That's exactly the file i'm going at, but the movie is zipped. The issue is, I have to UNzip it.
