Apple or Iomega need to update the drivers to allow the Rev drives to work with Snow Leopard.

I just spent $1000 for a 120 Gb Rev drive and disks. I connected the Rev drive to my snow leopard mac and it doesn't work. It will read the disks but not write. So what's up?

Iomega has a message on their website that the Rev is not compatible with Snow Leopard "...due to a UDF driver conflict that will not be fixed."

Does the mean that Iomega won't update a simple driver to Snow Leopard? Is Iomega giving up on the Mac? Can someone explain this to me?

Should have read their site before buying.

"The following products are NOT supported under Mac OS X 10.6:

Iomega REV drives:
Iomega REV drives are compatible with Mac OS X versions 10.4 and 10.5, but are not compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 due to a UDF driver conflict that will not be fixed. Iomega will continue to provide technical support and warranty services for the supported operating systems."
