I need to convert WPS windows files to Mac Help!!!!!!!

I need to convert all the files I have created int he last few years,to Mac. I am not a GEEK I need an easy to make this happen. Thank you in advance.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.1), 13" 4 meg--250 HD

If WPS is Word Perfect (?), then [AbiWord|http://www.abisource.com> will open them. You can then save them in some other format.

Sorry I was not more clear. WPS is a file Ext for Microsoft Word software, Included in Windows XP software that is shipped in Dell P.C.'s

Well, what exactly are you converting that to, then? Word exists on the Mac as well as on Windows. Are you looking to use those files in something other than Word? Or is the current version of Word unable to open those files? (The current extension for Word files is either .doc - which has been in use for quite some time - or .docx for the newer XML format.)
