How to transfer license.

I originally purchased Aperture 1.1, and upgraded to 2.0, I am now using 2.1.4

This is currently on my PowerBook G4.

I am planning to purchase one of the new iMacs soon. How do I transfer the license from the Powerbook to the iMac?

I have all the DVDs and license key numbers.

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

You will find that the terms of the license allow you to use it on both: a practical situation for those who work outside and with a desktop computer at home (or office). If you do not intend to use the PowerBook any more, just delete the application, then install on the iMac and enter the numbers there.
