Clicking on marker name doesn't move playhead

Clicking on marker name doesn't move playhead

Clicking on a marker name in the marker window is supposed to, and used to, move the playhead to that marker in the arrange window... but is not doing anything. Is this a bug?

By default the "Right" tool in the Marker list is set to "Hand". Therefore you must hold the "Command" key and click the marker name to jump to this marker.
