Converting mini displayport to RCA for analog tv?

I know they don't make an adapter specifically for this. Which is dumb. But is there anyway to get my 13" macbook pro display to my old school tv? You know the yellow Video or S-video connections? Please Help me! I bought a mac so clearly I can't afford an HD TV. Thanks!
