Caps Lock makes letters small...

I assume this remains a prob after a reboot? that would be the first thing to try. what about plugging in a usb keyboard and playing around with that. it must have simply gotten out of sync somehow. weird though

Same here, on the eMac of my son.

This isn't the only problem with the keyboard.
Return working not accurate,
left shift, option failed as well.

Do you have a flag on the menu bar - very likely you got your keyboard set into some mode other than normal US english.

I'm having a problem that sounds like the same thimg. When the caps lock is on I type small letters and large letters when it is on. Re! Have you figured out how to fix this? Thanks.

I got the same issue as you folks, except i have some other option also that makes it hard. My CAPS LOCK is ON as well as my NUMBER LOCK is on as well, if i turn that off i get the original function for the number lock so i can use the 10-key on the keyboard. And my issue for this is on a Apple PowerBook G4 17" 1.67 Ghz system. Can someone help with the reset on this?

I found one way, might not work for most, but worth a try. I used a program called CocktailLite and had it default ever\ything, the finder to internet explorer, after reboot it was fine.

I have the same problem. Mine is a laptop -- no USB keyboard!
