server refused connection on port 143

The router is sending IMAP queries to the address of the server but Im getting a "server refused connection on port 143" error when client tries to connect. Must be something simple I'm missing.

Things seems to be working inc from the arina.biz server although mail is slow to receive (a few hours) so must be getting close with setup.

It is most likely grey listing. I disabled it, and it does miss an average of 1 spam message a day on my account. More than worth it for our company.
