Error 7; Other item Error Code 2203. I Can´t Install iTunes last Edition.

I had installed iTunes; but it not recognize my iPod touch 3rd generation. Fist time I had conected iPod to PC I received the message"Device Driver software was not succesfully installed" iPod failed". In iTunes windows it not appear my iPod and I can´t sincronize it.
I ran diagnostic and it show me"the Apple Mobile Device Service is not runing".
I had unistalled iTunes and installe newly many time, and now show me error 7 or error code 2203 and iTunes installation is corrupted. When I had unistalled iTunes I had followed al instruction over that found in Aplee site. What can I do? Thanks any help.

Uninstall iTunes again, but this time uninstall Apple Mobile Device Services and QuickTime. Reboot your computer and then download and install iTunes. If you are still getting error messages, search your hard drive for possible additional instances of Apple software and get rid of those as well.

Good call, luvlabs. (An error 7 or error 2 on iTunes launch often indicates a broken or missing Apple Application Support with the iTunes versions 9.0.x.)
