iMac shutting down slow

my iMac is shutting down slowly, i have snow leopard on it 10.6.2 and for some reason its shutting down slowly mac OS X 10.6.1 shut down really fast can anyone help me resolve this issue

iMac 27 inch, Mac OS X (10.6.2), late 2009

it was a startup item called 360 daemon i forgot to uninstall it when i was uninstalling a driver plus it was owned by root

What is the 360 daemon? I have it too - which startup items is responsible for it?
