I have a couple of scratches that are very noticable together since they are close to eachother, and many other scratches that are less noticable. What can I do about this??? I thought I was taking pretty good care of my little touch, but I guess considering that everybody made it sound like it was impossible to scratch it got to my head, and didn't realize I could have taken better care of it. I am fussy about these kind of things.... Are there any decent, actually working glass scratch fixing kits? Can I replace the screen? I love my touch so much I just want to know what I can do ^_^ Thanks!

My suggestion is to buy a protective case for your iPod, most come with a plastic film to cover the screen. - Generally once the film is on you don'y notice the scratches as much because they're less visible.
I heard of using the white vinegar, and mustard seed trick I have yet to try it. I did try the banana trick which just made the scratches shiny thus in my opinion making them more noticeable. Still I wonder if you can replace the screen? Well anyways, what protectors do you suggest for the touch, and thank you dearly for responding :3 <3
I use the protective film but when I put it on there was a very small bit of fluff on the edge which is now stuck under and looks like a scratch - how do you get the film off so you can clean and apply a new one?
Well there is the black micro-fibre cloth that came with your iPod Touch... But, generally any micro-fibre cloth works, you can get them from optometrists.
Mobile phone retailers sell cleaning products for the iPhone, the screen is the same material, there are literally dozens of brands that make cleaners, cleaning cloth, protective cases (Grifin makes iPod Touch specific ones).
Good comments, all, but for my money, the best proactive solution would be to get a tough skin like Bodyguardz - an incredibly tough, thin film that also makes scratches vanish. There are other skins that you can pull off more easily, but nothing matches the protection and resistance to grease of Bodyguardz.
Other vendors like Zagg and BSE are well-regarded, but Bodyguardz is smoother and easier to install.
I wouldn't suggest using any glass "repair" kits, primarily because of the delicate nature of the iPod screen, using such a kit may damage the 'touch-screen' components of the unit as well.
