iDVD video back to Apple TV

How do I convert an iMovie video burned onto a DVD with iDVD back to iTunes so that I can watch it on my Apple TV?

If thje OP still hjas thje source video, thjey'd also be better off trying to convert thjat for AppleTv than converting the DVD.
