Bootcamp Icon missing from system tray...

On the 1st computer (iMac) that I installed BootCamp with Win 7, I have an icon in the lower left system tray for changing the booting choice.

Today I installed BootCamp on my wife's new Mac Mini and the icon is missing from the system tray. While it was about 6 weeks ago that I put BootCamp on my iMac, I don't remember doing anything that cause the Windows system tray to display the boot choice icon for BootCamp/Win 7.

Anyone have an idea about how I can get that icon to appear on the Mac Mini.

Both systems are running Snow Leopard with the latest software.

My problem with Webroot is the same.
I just uninstalled Webroot because I saw on their website, that Bootcamp is not supported. I had the hanging issue when I installed and it freaked me out. Thank goodness for the mac reset button!
Now I need to reinstall Bootcamp drivers and will try suggestion posted.

Now I'm thinking, since I can't find another to replace it, I may put up with the icon issue.
(I used Webroot because we have coverage for 3 computers, one being the PC desktop at home)
Any other better solutions out there for antivirus for Bootcamp?
