Bent keyboard - advice
Hi all,
Just got a new keyboard in the mail... but the guy I bought it from sent it in a padded envelope and it arrived with the front right corner bent up about 1/2 inch from horizontal. Most of right side is bent upwards too, though less than the 1/2 at the corner.
The keyboard was brand new. Do you think it'd be fixable? And if so, relatively reliable?
Advice/suggestions on best way to bend it back into shape without damaging it any further?
I would like to try to fix it, as the seller seems a decent guy (too trusting of the posties!) and said he'll provide some reimbursement. If I was able to bend it back okay, and the keyboard remained reliable, it'd be a good deal in the end (about $40 for a non-English KB, which are hard to find). But if it's only going to turn out to be problematic and unreliable, I'd try for the full refund.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Chris
