Hello,
We're an SAP Channel Partner for SAP Business One and we specialize in deploying B1 in Mac environments, worldwide.
When we deploy B1 on a Mac, we utilize a hosted server and publish SAP Business One over the web using Citrix XenApp. From the perspective of the end user, B1 looks like it is running on the Mac, with the icon on the dock and everything.
We have some good posts on running B1 on a Mac here:

In your case, depending on how you have B1 installed and configured, in terms of the IT environment, you could probably just purchase XenApp and publish B1 to the web.
Is your server on-premise or hosted off-site?
Does anyone at your company access B1 remotely now? If so, how?
Hope this info helps you out.
