Download free movie (The Ugly Truth) No picture and no sound

Hello everyone! I recently got a copy of The Ugly Truth on Blue Ray and it came with a free copy that is compatible with I-pods. To do this you must insert a disk for the download and then it asks you to put in the code which I did. After that I let everything fully download but when I go to watch the movie there is no sounds and no picture just the time runs. I really would like to have this move on my I-pod and I would like to know if any of you have any ideas on what is going on and what I could do about it. Thank you for your time! 🙂

Of course go about fiddling with and checking various settings (while the movie plays) on your midis, balance, volume controllers, etc Trust me there are a few of them between windows dvd & other media players and I-tunes. Then list everything you try here, go to other support forums and copy/paste the question. IF ALL else fails take to the Apple store or Best Buy and let the geniuses have a look at it. Probably something else to buy since nothing is ever free! Good Luck

Deauthorize then authoze the computer.
iTunes menu -> Store.
