installing error's ! There are lots lets share them all!

HKEY LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\windows\currentversion\run. error's installing itunes and quicktime (both) it say "HKEY LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\windows\currentversion\run. verify you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel" i do have access to that key i have full access! its been happening for a long time now?
i posted it week ago and well no help so any one els get this problem or any others?

If you have checked and you definitely do have access to that key, try disconnecting from the internet, then disabling all security software: Firewall, antivirus and any antispyware.

Sometimes security software can cause problems with installs.

Okay ... let's try running the subinacl from a different user account. (It looks like something has gone wrong in general with the privileges for your normal (Gavin) user account.) If we run it from the new user account, we might have better luck trying to fix the Gavin account permissions.

From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
Open Add or remove user accounts (If using the Classic View in Windows Vista, open User Accounts. Then open Manage another account).
Select Create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup process. Give the new user account full administrative rights.
Once the new account is created, choose Log Off from the Start menu. Log into the newly created user account. (Don't use fast user switching to move between accounts.)

Any better luck with running subinacl from inside there?
