I am afraid that does not look right at all. You should have entries for the things in my post and not your own account.
This strange business with permissions seems to have become quite common and we have no idea why it happens.
On general principles, I would run a scan for malware before proceeding any further.
You didn't answer my question about trying to install with all security software diabled, but looking at those permissions, it would not help.
Before you go on, could you give me the owner of the Program files folder. To see this, click on the owner tab on the first image you posted. It should be trusted installer.
Have you made any alterations to the permissions your self in the past or trying to fix this problem?

I am afraid it is a bit complicated and you will need to read the instructions very carefully.
When you come to editing the text where you have to replace "YOURUSERNAME" with your own account name, you can find your account name by looking on the processes tab in th eTask Manager.
If you have any problems understanding what to do, ask.
The script take a long time to run so be patient with it.
I fear that you may have a problem with installing the SubInACL tool. If so, you can not go on, so post back.
