MacPorts every port I try to install fails with dependency error

In case it help, here is the output from when I try to install dia from Terminal as root:

port install dia

Thanks! I think I may have it by editing /opt/local/etc/macports/macports.conf.

I didn't catch the path problem.

The install is going now.
