iPod Shuffle Does Not Support Apple LossLess?

i ripped some songs in apple lossless from my cd collections. then i tried to upload those songs to my old iPod Shuffle. But it was denied, and i have to check the "covert higher bit rate songs to 128kbps" check box.

so ipod shuffle doesn't not support apple lossless?

if you look at the devices: ipod touch and look under my ipod touch, you will see an AAC playlist under music, movie, and tv shows.

do i need the acc playlist? is there some way to remove it?

That is the playlist with your AAC songs. Delete that and the songs will be deleted off your iPod.

hi,

i was supposed to *option - delete* my acc New Smart Playlist after importing them to my iPod Touch so that I can remove the 192kbps duplit converted songs.

but i accedently deleted the Smart Playlist with out pressing the "option" key.

so what shoud i do now to remove the duplicketed songs(songs that was tranfered to 192kbps for my ipod touch from the Apple lossless).

Just create a new smart playlist.
Make sure you set your iPod to *Manually manage music* else when you delet the playlist and songs, it will remove them from the iPod.
