Accessing printer via URL when connected to TC USB

Greetings,

I have a HP color laserjet 3700n that lately lost it's DirectJet network card, so now days I connect the printer to the TC USB port for local network printing needs.

I used to access the web interface of the printer via URL when it was connected by ethernet to control all of the parameters, and I'd like to do the same when connected to the USB port but I cannot figure out how.

When I go to *Preferences > Print & Fax > Open Print Queue > Printer Setup > General* (tab), I see the url listed but no button underneath like there used to be.

When I copy and paste the given URL in my browser, a 404 error occurs.

Should I still be able to access the web interface of my HP printer if I'm not connected via ethernet to the TC?

Thanks for the read!
