Accidentally deleted itunes helper

how do i recover itunes helper? i accidentally removed it from my login items under the accounts setting. now when i connect my iphone to my mac it doesnt sync automatically.

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/ as the path, and drag it back.
