Animation or Prores4444

Hello,

I use Jumpbacks and I am trying to make use of overly screens. First used was Animation codec in Juicer 3. But than the performance is very bad when working in the timeline.
When I use Prores 4444 as export in Juicer it crashes or if a .mov. does come out, it has no transparent channel.
What I do now is take the Animation codec (size is 1.8 GB) and put it in compressor and transfer it to Prores4444.
When I than use that file. Final Cut Pro 7 does say that it does not support this file.
And when ignore the massages and put on the timeline it has a transparent channel and it works the same as the Animation codec file, only it works much better. (375 MB)
Timeline is 1920 x 1080 Prores422
Original movie files form camcorder are XDcam HD and HDV (both transferred to Prores422)

And I do get a lot of out of memory errors
The machine is a MacPro 2.8 (8 core) OS 10.5.6 , 4 GB GFX 8800 Latest FCP

Does any who use the jumpbacks and when with what codec do they use the overlay's
(I tried to use key the black part out but that did not give the result as transparent)
The wedding movie is about 50 minutes whit much effects, all jumpbacks (Editors Toolkit Pro (Solo) 16 and 19)

btw this is a project from another person who is on holiday and I have 3 weeks to complete this to Blu-ray. There where a lot of errors most of the jumpback files where in 29.99 and not in 25 fps
I changed all the files to 25 fps and prores422 and overlays to prores4444
First the Timline/sequence would not run at all no it runs smoothly, only out of memory errors and I this it has to to when I imported the 4444 files and did get the message 'not supported buy fcp'

MacPro 3.2 Ghz 6 GB ATI3870 MBP 2.5Ghz 4GB iMac 2.4Ghz 4GB, Mac OS X (10.5.6), MXO Tascam FW1082 2 x 23" monitors
