Apps don't open or close smoothly, very blinky or shaky.

Hi,
kind of difficut picking the right word to describe what happens when I open any app or pressing the home button to close out an app. The way the apps fade in or out is very sticky like their hanging up. I have a 3GS.

Any ideas?

Thanks

How often do you power your iPhone off and on, or when was the last time you did so?

If I notice something like this, I power my iPhone off and on, or do an iPhone reset, which is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release - ignoring the slide to turn off prompt when doing so.

Some of the 3rd party apps you are using may have a memory leak, and possibly the same for some of the included apps. Powering your iPhone off and on, or an iPhone reset clears/resets the RAM.
