G4 Powerbook and G4 iBook Compatibility

I have a few questions on these two machines... Both are 12"... Will the power cord for the iBook work on the Powerbook? Will a battery for the iBook work in the Powerbook (my father has a couple extra iBook batteries)... and can I put a hard drive purchased for the iBook (my father has one he bought from OWC that he thought would solve problems on the iBook, but it didn't) fit/work in the Powerbook? If so, can someone supply a manual on how to actually change the hard drive in the Powerbook?
