Publishing a Hardcover Book from pages

I've been working on a book for my father, and now that it's finished I'd like to get a hardcover book published. However, I keep running into trouble finding a site which will easily accept the PDF created by Pages (Lulu, Viovio, Blurb). Does anyone know an easy way to make this happen?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

Tom, I did in fact, check out the link (now dead) and managed to upload my file as a ps. Thank you. Now I've run into the cover designer which only accepts PDF. I'm also concerned about the quality of my book. The images do not appear as clear, and the pages seem to be shifted to the left of the previewed print. I'm not sure if that's just the way it's displayed, or a product of the work-around.

I haven't tried going to ps from Pages for a while, but last time I looked it was using the same filters and settings as the pdf.
