Insufficient privileges?

I downloaded the update for iTunes and it failed to install. I tried re-downloading it and re-installing it and it told me "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."

I looked around and someone said they fixed this problem by changing the installation directory from C:\Program Files\iTunes to C:\Program Files\iTunes_2 so that the installer wasn't trying to overwrite the old files or something. I tried this and it did not fix the problem. Additionally, I tried running the file as an administrator (even though I am the admin), and that didn't work either.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Doublechecking ... did you change the name of the iTunes folder, or the QuickTime folder mentioned in your error message?
