Render - "File Error: Access Denied"

When I attempt to Render All in a sequence I get "File Error: Access Denied". What am I doing wrong? Or is this a bug?

BTW, file is set to "Read & Write".

Thanks for any help.

If you mean add it to the Privacy list in under Spotlight in the system preferences, I did that and then relaunched FCP, attempted my render and still got the same error. Is there something I'm missing? Not sure how this was supposed to help though.

I finally figured this out in case anyone needs to know. Randy was close above. Under the System Settings, in FCP, I had everything set to another drive, not the same one that FCP is installed on. After all sorts of trial and error I found that I had to change Audio and Video Render to my main drive, then it ran great.
