how to disable iTunes Sync Alert

Hi there,

whenever i sync my iphone with MS Outlook 2007, and have at least one note updated on either iPhone or PC, i get *Tunes Sync Alert* stating "Syncing with "--- iPhone" will change more than 5% of your Notes on this computer."

This is really unnecessary. Is there a way to disable it?

Before you plug the iPhone into the computer, go to iTunes.
On a Mac, go to the iTunes menu -> Preferences -> Devices.
On a PC, go to Edit -> Settings -> Devices

In the pop up window, look for the icon or tab that says Devices. Choose it.
Just below the box, you’ll see a checkbox reading disable auto-syncing for iPhone and iPod.
Check it and click OK at the bottom of the window.
