Yes, if you export the slideshow as a QuickTime movie, first. Note this will not be editable any longer.
However: In a word: don't.
Video files are very large by definition. The sheer file size may cause you or the recipient's to have issues. Their mail services may reject the file, for instance.
To share video the best thing is to upload it to a service like YouTube, MobileMe, YouSendit or similar and then send a link to the file. That way the other folks can then download it for themselves.
