My company has an Exchange server (2010). I am able to connect with my Mac using Mail.app. However, I have a random mailbox showing up titled "Conversation Action Settings". It does not show up on the server according to our IT director (admittedly, he's a PC guy). And for what it's worth, I also connect to the Exchange server with my iPhone and it does not show up there.
Any ideas?

This happens to me too. I believe these are folders the Exchange creates for its internal message passing and are supposed to be Invisible.
Sometimes "Conversation Action Settings" and "Quick Step Settings" will show up in Mail - it's a cosmetic bug. I think if we leave them alone, they will eventually be hidden correctly by a future version of Mail.
