Slideshow speed of slides way too fast

I am trying out the slideshow feature of Aperture 3, but no matter what I try, my slides are flying by at an enormuous speed.

The default setting is at 4,49 sec per slide, but my slides are displaying less then 2 secs.

The global settings and settings per slide are not respected.
If I set it at 10 sec per slide, I'm getting somewhere around 3,5 sec per slide. No matter which theme I use.

I have been trying this on 3 different macs now, and all act the same, so it must be something I'm doing wrong or perhaps a bug ?

My system and software is completely up to date.

Does anybody experience the same behaviour ? Ifso, did you find a workaround ?

To show or hide the toolbar; Keyboard, second row, first key up on left side hold down & press T.
Toolbar on/off. ON.

Put the slideshow icon to the toolbar: If it is not already there.
Very top of screen go to view and click. At bottom, 3rd item up. Customise Toolbar, click it.

Top row on right, click & drag the slideshow icon to the Toolbar. Bottom right corner click Done.

Select a few images. Click the icon you put on the toolbar. Now you should be able to follow the old instuctions. Allan

Instead of being such ****** about it, you and Ernie, how about first reading my original question and replying to my actual question, instead of trying to push me to a feature I did not ask about.

Now, don't bother answering, not even in multiple posts like I'm an idiot if you don't even know what I'm talking about.

Seems to me it has been answered, in detail. Perhaps you should explain to us what has not been answered?

In my tests, and posts about them, I reported that I could change duration, have it respected, and is not that what you have asked?

Hi, It's Allan,
I would like to help you. We both need to be here at the same time . So lets start now Time U.T.C. (universal time co-ordinate. this is the same as the old G.M.T.) it's now 20:30 hrs.
